I love me some Bibibop! I got a chance to try their newest location in the metro here in Shawnee and really enjoyed the experience. It is tucked away in a small strip and as soon as we started walking towards the front door, we heard their speakers playing K-Pop. A really nice touch to add to the fact that this is a Korean based restaurant.

Once inside, we noticed the restaurant was very clean and tidy. It had the signature wall décor pieces I am used to seeing at other locations. The gentleman that helped us was friendly enough and did a great job making our bowls. I tried the newer Korean beef (basically a beef bulgogi) and it was really good. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch on this day and cannot wait to come back. The food was fresh, tasted excellent, and looked just as good. The service was great and the restaurant seemed to be adequately staffed which was nice to see. Thanks for a great lunch!
